Mail in Payment

Mailing a payment is a very easy and popular method of making  a deposit or complete payment for your trip on the BingoBus. Simply print out the reservation form on our website or hand write the required information on a piece of paper and send along with your check or money order payable to Connie White, 1093 S Lima Center Rd., Chelsea, MI 48118.

The casinos require information to prepare your comp packages.  Please include the following when you make a reservation:

  1. The date of the trip that you are making a reservation for
  2. Pickup location
  3. Name
  4. Full address
  5. Smoking preference* (to select room type for overnight trips only) – all coaches are non-smoking
  6. Birthday
  7. Email address – so that we can easily communicate with you
  8. Special requests** (let us know if you are traveling with friends and want to be on the same coach)
  9. (Optional) A friendly note.

*Most hotels have a limited number of smoking rooms, so please understand if there is not one available.

**While we try our best to honor all of your special requests, we unfortunately do not own the casinos, hotels, or slot machines. We will try to accommodate your needs, but some things are ultimately out of our control.

For your convenience the BingoBus now accepts credit card, debit card via PayPal payments! You can choose whether to pay in full or just pay your deposit to reserve your seat.

‘Day Of’ Payment

The  BingoBus will accept final payment the day of the trip by cash or check only. We cannot process debit or credit card payments at the time of boarding.  Please note that reservations made without a deposit are not guaranteed. Your reservation will be formally confirmed when we receive your deposit. If you have any questions about delays in making a deposit, contact Connie.

The Envelopes

At the time of boarding for your trip, we will distribute an envelope to everyone on the coach which includes information about the trip, your personal info that we provided to the casinos and any balance due. We prepare these envelopes  to make sure everyone is on the coach at the time of departure, so be sure to get an envelope when boarding. Please correct any information we may have about you, place your payment inside, and return it to your host when they ask for it.  If there are any special circumstances about your payment, please make it VERY clear on the outside of the envelope.
